This year has been a whirlwind. Covid-19 consumed each and everyone of our lives the past few months. To say the least, we are happy to be back on track with our wedding and new life together. Since we have the responsibility now with having everyone attend our wedding, we want to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable as possible. We ask that groups that arrive together, sit with each other at the ceremony and sit at the same table for dinner. Please wear a mask if you have any underlying issues. We encourage guests to wear a mask during the ceremony. We will have sanitation sinks, hand sanitizer and temperature check. Please stay at home if you have any of the following symptoms: -Cough -Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Or at least two of the following: -Fever -Chills -Repeated shaking with chills -Muscle pain -Headache -Sore throat -New loss of taste or smell
No, you will not. WiFi will be offered at the event.
Yes. We will have a designated area for parking, then golf cart service to assist you if need be.
The bride and groom kindly ask you to not take pictures during the ceremony. There is a lot of money going into the photographers. Sit back and relax, and please let the photographers do their jobs. You are more than welcome to document your night at the reception!
Shoes that you particularly don’t mind to get a little dirty. Ladies, wear wedges! Most of the property is on grass.
The venue is out in the country and outside. Please dress for comfort, but stay classy my friends!
Beer and wine are on us! There will be a cocktail hour after the ceremony, those cocktails will be on us. After the cocktail hour, cocktails will be available or purchase. We want everyone to have an amazing and safe night. Please figure out a ride if you do plan on drinking.
We ask that all guest who bring small children, to be aware that this venue is on the Umpqua River. We will take some precautions to avoid children getting to close to the river, but please know where your children are at, at all times.
