Second shuttle departure for ceremony

Wedding Ceremony

4:15 pm - 4:45 pm

The ceremony will be outside and the grass may be soft, so be cautious walking in heels. A shuttle service, through B&W Charters, is available for a ride to and from the ceremony. The pick up location is the Holiday Inn, starting at 2:45pm; last pick up time to arrive at the ceremony on time is at 3:30pm.

Cocktail hour and appetizers immediately to follow.

Cocktails and Appetizers

4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail hour and reception are at the same location as the ceremony. Drink, grab some appetizers, mingle, and play lawn games while dinner is getting set up. Bride and groom will be present for majority of the event, but will also be getting pictures taken off site.

Reception

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Dinner will be buffet style under the outdoor tent. Assigned seating will be in the barn and under the outdoor tent. Wine, beer, and liquor will be inside the barn. There are two restrooms in the barn, as well as a portable bathroom near the parking area. A shuttle service is available, through B&W Charters, for rides back to the Holiday Inn; there is no drinking on the shuttle.
