Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 2:00 PM to settle in and enjoy the gardens. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM, as the moment the music starts, the magic begins. Kindly note that late arrivals will not be admitted once the ceremony is underway.

To complement the garden setting, guests are encouraged to wear Courtyard, Meadow, or Botanical-inspired attire — elegant, nature-kissed tones that reflect the beauty of the outdoors. Your thoughtful choice in attire will help bring our wedding vision to life and ensure the wedding party stands out as intended. We kindly ask that guests do not wear the color red, as it is reserved exclusively for our wedding party.

Absolutely! The Grand Tradition Estate offers ample parking on-site, with attendants available to guide guests. Please note that the venue features hilly terrain, so we encourage comfortable footwear. If you require special parking accommodations, kindly notify us no later than December 1st, 2025.

Yes! Details on our reserved hotel block will be shared in late November. We’re working to ensure a seamless stay for our guests. If your travel plans require immediate assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly to the bride or groom.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Grand Tradition Estate, just a short, scenic one-minute walk apart. No transportation is needed—simply stroll over and let the celebration continue!

Both San Diego International Airport (SAN) and John Wayne Airport (SNA) are conveniently located and offer easy access to Fallbrook. Each is roughly an hour’s drive from the venue, allowing guests flexibility based on flight availability and travel preferences.

In keeping with the intimacy of the moment, our ceremony will be unplugged—we kindly ask guests to put away phones and cameras during this time. There will be a brief 30-second moment for a quick snapshot, after which we invite you to be fully present. Feel free to capture as many memories as you’d like at the reception!

Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at the enchanting Grand Tradition Gardens and Estates, Arbor Terrace, surrounded by lush greenery and serene water features. We recommend bringing a light layer, as evening temperatures may cool.
