What is the dress code ?

Western Formal Attire We Kindly ask our guests to embrace the spirit of our formal western inspired wedding with a blend of rustic charm and elegant style. Ladies : Its time to bring out the hidden favorites! Midi-Long Dresses, Embrace your Denim & Lace, Cowboy Boots or Warm Shoes, Warm Jackets or Shawls and Cowboy Hats are welcome & Encouraged. Please no Full White Dresses. Thank you X Gentleman : Please wear Collared Dress Shirts with Bolo or Tie. Wear your favorite Jeans and Boots and you will need a tailored suit Jacket or Blazer. ( No Chocolate Color ) Cowboy Hats Encouraged. Please take into consideration that it is a winter wedding and it will be cold. NOTE: Please don't go to any extra expense to adhere to the dress code we want you to attend more than we care about how you are dressed everyone usually dresses up for a wedding it is a guide only.

How Do I RSVP ?

Please Contact Breanna on 0435432611 or Txt with your name and who is coming on your invite. Please Please Please be courteous and Rsvp by the date given. As most of you know a large amount of time and money go into organizing a wedding and we are reliant on this information for a lot of reasons e.g. catering, seating, alcohol etc. so numbers are important to us! Where do I park my car?

There is signed designated car parking please follow signs

Are you Camping On-site ?

Answer

Please arrive before 12pm Saturday morning so you can set up in the designated camping area. Please make sure you allow enough time to get ready.

Is there Breakfast Sunday morning ?

Answer

Absolutely please head to the lodge for brekky and catch up from 8am. We are incredibly fortunate to have our family, Tony and Anna doing Breakfast for all of us ! There will be Plenty of food and Tea and Coffee before you head off.

Are my children invited?

We love your little people but have had to make the difficult decision to not include them on our special day :( Thank you for your understanding we know this wont be a popular decision for some and we are genuinely sorry. Aaron & Breanna

Can I Bring a plus one?

If you are single & wish to bring a partner please make contact as it will depend on our numbers as the venue has a fixed maximum seating capacity and it will depend on available seats & guests RSVPs etc.

Is there Mobile service or Wifi ?

It is our understanding that there is very limited service at the venue and no wifi is available, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause .

Alcohol ?

We will provide in abundance: XXXX White Fish Black Fish Moscato Cruisers Somersey Apple Somersby Pear Hard Solo Hard Orange Brookvale Ginger Beer Brookvale ASST. If We have not covered your Alcohol of choice, you are welcome to bring your own but Storage of your drinks is your responsibility. There will also be a Assortment of Soft Drink, Water, Coffee and Tea.
