Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors if the weather cooperates. The reception & cocktail hour will be held indoors.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We cant wait to see you dressed at your best! We would prefer you wear a suit/tuxedo or a floor-length evening gown. Similarly, a midi or jumpsuit would also be appropriate instead of a floor-length gown.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to cocktail hour held in the Grand Ballroom (within walking distance of the ceremony) where we will be serving finger foods and cocktails.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask you to join us in being fully present by putting away all your electronic devices until after the ceremony! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag photos with our wedding hashtag #TheBonds2022 so we can keep track of all of your pictures.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Yes! There will be an open bar. We can't wait to celebrate with you.

We are registered here on Zola! Move to the tab labeled "Registry".

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

There is no need! The ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception are being held at the same location.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We did not reserve a hotel block for guests at The Vinoy. Here is a list of hotel alternatives: The Birchwood Avalon Hotel Hollander Hotel

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

You can RSVP anytime by viewing the "RSVP" tab on the wedding website. RSVP Deadline: February 1st, 2022
