Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. We will be on a grass cliff looking at the beach so no need to worry about sand. Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, bring a jacket sometimes it can get a bit chilly at night. For the welcome party on Thursday we are asking guests to wear fun bright colors!

What is Mexico’s passport rule?

Answer

Make sure your passport is active! Mexico doesn’t have a 6 month rule like some other countries so as long as your passport is good for the dates of the stay you’re good to go.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity your invitation and rsvp will list if you have a plus one. Please do not bring anyone additional if they are not listed on your invitation.

So when should I book my room?

Answer

As soon as possible. Pueblo Bonito is very popular in Cabo for weddings and they often host multiple the same weekend so rooms go fast. That’s why we’re giving so much notice for this wedding. We want our guests to be able to get in on our great room block rate! Feb 15th is the hard deadline to book in order to attend our wedding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but we are asking for a child free ceremony and reception besides our flower girls. Our hotel block is also adults only. We hope we can all enjoy this weekend away together to relax and disconnect :) If you can’t leave your little ones behind we understand. We are happy to let you know our code DEASY25 also works at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach which is a kid friendly hotel. Please plan to use the hotel’s babysitting service for the ceremony and reception as a great option.

What is an all inclusive hotel?

Answer

An all inclusive hotel means that your food and drinks are included in the price of your room. So as soon as you arrive to the hotel you won’t have to pay for anything! You will have access to 21 restaurants and 12 bars with Pueblo Bonito’s all inclusive plan.

Do I have to stay at the hotel?

Answer

Yes, we are asking all guests to stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica or Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. We incure a very large fine if you don’t so please don’t do that. We would prefer that you kindly RSVP no if this is out of your budget. We can assure you that we have negotiated an amazing price for our guests at this 5 star all inclusive resort that we love and we know you will love it too! We want to spend as much time with you as possible at the pool and beach. This is not just a wedding it’s your vacation so please enjoy :)

What if I don’t book my room and rsvp by Feb 15?

Answer

Unfortunately the hotel is very strict about this and both closes our block and guest list on February 15th, 3 months before the wedding. If you haven’t RSVPd and booked by this date there’s nothing we can do about it. Please let us know ASAP. We really do recommend securing your room as soon as you know you can make it.

Should we tip servers at the resort?

Answer

Absolutely! Although the food and alcohol is included we HIGHLY recommend bringing a bunch of single USDs (pesos aren’t necessary) to tip at bars and restaurants. It’s much appreciated by the hard working employees and they will go the extra mile for you if you do.

How long should I stay in Cabo?

Answer

Stay as long as you want we love Cabo and will be staying for a whole week. We recommend Thursday-Sunday if you want to attend the welcome party. There’s no minimum stay requirement and our rates are good for 5 days before and 5 days after the wedding so if you’ve never been to Cabo stay a little longer and enjoy!

Do we have to use your code to book our room?

Answer

No you don’t have to. Feel free to explore third party sites. However, it does seem to be a significant amount cheaper with our code so we just want to make this as cheap as possible for you. Please do not share the code with non wedding guests as well.

Why are you getting married in Cabo?

Answer

Everyone who knows the bride and groom knows how much they love to travel. Their first trip together was to Mexico and Cabo is one of the places where theyre the happiest. You can’t have a bad day in Cabo it’s beautiful!

Is Cabo safe?

Answer

We always say we feel much less safe in Los Angeles than we’ve ever felt in Cabo. Cabo is very safe for tourists. Downtown Cabo is a quick taxi ride away and totally worth checking out if you have the time, so many fun bars and restaurants. The resort is also a large, gated complex that will not allow outside guests.

What do we do about room modifications after booking?

Answer

Your room can be either one king or two queens. If you have 2 people and want to add a third this can also be done. Please call this toll free number and the hotel will help you out. 1-800-990-8520

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

We understand this is a destination wedding that may be out of some people’s budgets. Although we will miss you so much kindly RSVP no so that we have an accurate count on our numbers.

Always make sure to ask for Don Julio tequila in your drinks. It’s not an up charge with the all inclusive package so no reason to not be drinking better tequila in Mexico, you’re welcome :)
