we're getting married!

We met at Faster Horses in 2018. I was dancing with my friend when she pointed to a couple of guys across the field and suggested we go talk to them. I agreed and we skipped over to them and introduced ourselves. As Kody and I began chatting, we quickly learned that we were neighbors at our cottages in the Irish Hills area. We couldn't believe the coincidence so we mapped out our addresses and discovered that we lived only about a mile from each other our whole lives. Talk about fate! We talked, danced and laughed all night. We quickly bonded over conversations revolving around growing up at the lake and how the lake has played such a crucial role in who we've become as people. It may have been a little nuts but Kody told me the night we met that he'd marry me one day and now we're engaged! We can't wait to celebrate with all of our closest friends and family.
