What is the weather like in June in Redding?
Answer
The weather is forecasted to be very hot. It will likely be in the low 100's. With that being said, we have scheduled our ceremony to be closest to sunset as possible so that we can avoid the direct sunlight.

Are there dining options throughout the weekend?
Answer
Yes! The location of our venue has a restaurant called The Cookhouse that overlooks Lake Shasta so we suggest you go check it out! They have an expansive food and drink menu and are typically open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are also a few BBQ grills available just outside of the hotel rooms.

When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you please RSVP by March 1, 2023 so we can give a final head count to our caterer.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you please arrive at the ceremony at 4:30PM to allow enough time to find your seats.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is ample parking and even overflow parking.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have reserved a block of rooms at Bridge Bay Resort 10300 Bridge Bay Road in Redding to accommodate our guests. If there are no rooms available we suggest: The Inn at Shasta Lake 18026 Obrien Inlet Rd, Lakehead, CA 96051 (5.0 mi from venue) Tsasdi Resort 19990 Lakeshore Dr, Lakehead, CA 96051 (14.2 mi from venue) We stayed at the Tsasdi Resort using Airbnb and absolutely loved our time there!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We will be having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer and will share all of our photos as soon as they are ready! Pictures are welcomed and encouraged during the cocktail hour and reception.

Where will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be held?
