Breana: When I first moved to Lawrence, I started working as a server at the Hy-Vee Market Grill. I made some amazing friends *cough*-Jessie-*cough*-Gabi... excuse me... We had some fun after work, talking about life, and random things. Over time we made friends in the kitchen, and they started joining in our random craziness. At first I did NOT like Elisha. I thought he was annoying and too cute to be nice. WRONG! Over time I learned more about him and we became friends. We hung out several times with our friends and after a little while, he asked me out. YAY! Being from Lawrence, he showed me all the unique, fun places I had not yet been to. He has seen me through work, life, and school struggles and became my best friend. After 3 years together, he asked me to stop by after work. Working as a CNA by then, I was tired and grumpy after work...poor Elisha. He was so adamant, I went over. He told me the door was open and to walk in...okay...weird. I opened the door to see about 100 candles lit, and him standing in his living room dressed up holding daisies!!! After what I thought was a heart attack, he got down on one knee and asked me if I wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. I said YES and then we started our next crazy adventure.
