Above is the shuttle schedule. There will be two (2) trips FROM the hotels TO the venue. There are three (3) trips BACK FROM the venue TO the hotels.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we have a shuttle making trips between the venue and hotels (the hotels share a lot, so don't worry about which hotel you choose). The schedule can be found at the top of this page, as well as on the "Travel" section of the website. The shuttle holds 55 people per trip and will be making two trips to the venue and three trips back to the hotels. We accounted for most folks using the shuttle, but to save space if you are able to drive/carpool to the venue, please do so!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Between 5PM and 5:30PM. The wedding ceremony begins at 5:30.

Are there hotels we should stay at?

Answer

We have 15 rooms available each at the Courtyard Marriott - The Rim and the Residence Inn- The Rim (30 rooms total). Just mention the "Carrillo-Gmerek Wedding" for a special rate. The venue is about 15 minutes Northwest of San Antonio, so if you must make other arrangements, try for that side of the city.

Are kids welcome?

Your kids are absolutely welcome! We plan to have some lawn and table games available for kids and adults. Please just let us know on the RSVP card!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding is black tie optional.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation indicates "Guest" you are more than welcome to bring a date! Let us know on the RSVP card!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot connected to the ceremony/reception space. Both events are taking place at Kendall plantation, so you'll only have to park once.
