FAQs

Question

Can we bring our children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are having an adults-only wedding. We know this may be tough to navigate for those with infants and children, and we really appreciate you! There are two babysitting services the venue recommends. They both have vetted babysitters that are CPR certified. Sitters will come to your room/mountain home. Check out Park City Sitters and Guardian Angel Babysitting for more information.

Question

What should I wear!?

Answer

Mountain formal attire is requested. Feel free to wear tuxes, suites, blazers, floor length or cocktail dresses. We will be riding a chair lift up to the ceremony site that requires a short walk on gravel. The ceremony will be outside at the Mandan Summit and the reception will be indoor/outdoor at the base of the mountains. We suggest you go with a chunk heel/flats as opposed to a stiletto. There will be A LOT of dancing so buckle up!

Question

What is the Weather Like??

Answer

The mountains of Utah in August typically experience warm, dry weather with average highs around 88°F (31°C) and lows around 53°F (12°C)". We recommend bringing a light jacket for events going into the evening hours.

Question

Parking & Transport?

Answer

There is ample parking on site. Additionally, there is an on site shuttle bus service that runs between all parking lots and the front desk to get around the resort. Sundance Range Rovers are available via the bell stand at all hours to take guests to their onsite Sundance-rented accommodations. Due to liability, they will not shuttle other guests to other properties or Airbnbs. However, you may be shuttled to the nearest parking lot or edge of the property closest to your accommodations, making them walkable.
