When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive?

Answer

For our day guests, please arrive before 12:30pm. For our evening guests, please arrive from 7:00pm.

Can I bring a date or plus 1?

Answer

There's so many of you we want to share our day with already. Therefore, plus ones are by invitiation only. Please check who we addressed the invite to.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We want to give all our friends and family a chance to let their hair down and celebrate with us all night long. Therefore, we respectfully request no children under 18 attend.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Of course, we'd greatly appreciate if you avoided white and near-white colours. For the girlies, I have 25% off PashionFootwear (convertible heels). If you want it, use the code SOPHIEB at checkout!

What's the food and drink situation?

Answer

You will be able to buy drinks at the bar throughout the entire wedding. The bar is CARD ONLY. Day guests can also expect arrival drinks, reception drinks, and beer/wine with the wedding breakfast. You won't go hungry! There will be canapés during the reception, a wedding breakfast followed by tea and coffee, and fresh stone-baked pizzas and baked Alaskas in the evening.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is ample free parking at the venue, including a couple EV spots with chargers. For more details, see Kingscote's guest guide: https://kingscotebarn.co.uk/guest-guide/

Do I need to book a taxi?

Answer

If you need a taxi, we highly recommend pre-booking as early as possible. It is unlikely you will be able to find one later in the evening. Check out the "Travel" page for a list of local taxis.

Can I stay in accommodation at the venue?
