We met on a dating app called Hinge. Anna had a strong appeal for Devin's long hair, as this is an anomaly in the DC area. They realized that they worked three blocks away from each other so meeting after work was an ideal opportunity. Devin offered the idea of going to the Kennedy Center to see the orchestral rendition of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi with the movie playing. It was a momentous evening for them both which brought them to continue seeing each other and exploring DC and eventually travel out west to California seeing nine National Parks along the way. We are so grateful for all the support and love each of you have shown us by pushing us out the door to go date people to supporting us from afar with chasing our dreams around the country and helping us shape our character. As is true throughout time, we cannot know the exact next steps to the future. But we know that if we choose to be founded in Christ's love and support each other we can manage the curve balls that come our way. Thank you for your support in us postponing our June date.
