Braylin and Adam met while being students at Liberty University and living on the same resident hall on the SHOE back in 2023. Each of them were pursuing Camp and Outdoor Adventure Leadership and love camp! Adam was starting his first year while Braylin was starting her last. It was at one of the first hall events when Adam and Braylin met for the first time. As the year went on, they became friends and even ended up at Baskin' Robbins together one night to grab some ice cream. Little did they know, 3 years later, grabbing ice cream would become a very loved date night. Eventually, Braylin graduated and went to Camp Crestridge for a year while Adam continued to go to school at Liberty and serve as a Resident Shepherd. Fast forward a little less than a year, Braylin was asked by Camp Ridgecrest if she knew anyone who was into mountain biking and out of nowhere, she thought of Adam. She reached out and recruited him to come and work for the summer as the Boys Camp Mtn. Biking Director. This was the start of a sweet camp love story. As they began the camp season last summer, Braylin wrote Adam a letter of encouragement to start the summer off. He received the letter, and as he read it, he knew that it was exactly what he would want to hear from his future wife in ministry. They went on a couple dates over the summer and knew that they were meant for each other. As they returned back to Liberty in the fall, Adam, a junior, and Braylin, a master's student, they started dating and the rest is history. The Lord is the only one who could possibly receive the praise, glory, and credit for the coming together of Adam and Braylin. His love and grace are so great, and His faithfulness is so evident. They are looking forward to a life of ministry and serving the Lord alongside one another!
