Question

When should we arrive for the wedding?

Answer

We’d love for all of our guests to arrive on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026, to kick off the wedding weekend together! However, we completely understand if you are not able to join us until Sunday or Monday. If you’re arriving on Sunday, May 24th, no worries at all—just keep in mind that all guests listed on the invitation are invited to the rehearsal dinner, which begins at 6 PM, with resort check-in starting at 3 PM. Please note that there is a three-night minimum stay for all guests, regardless of your arrival date. You’ll still be able to take advantage of our discounted rates through Saturday, May 30th.

Question

Where do we fly into?

Answer

Puerto Vallarta Airport also known as Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) Address: Blvd. Francisco Medina Ascencio 7930, Área Militar de Vallarta, 48335 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., Mexico. The resort is approximately 30-45 minutes from the airport.

Question

Do we have to stay at Dreams Bahia Mita?

Answer

Yes, in order to attend any of our wedding events, you must be a registered guest at Dreams Bahia Mita. This is a resort policy that we are required to follow, and it helps ensure the privacy and security of all guests throughout the celebration. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Question

Can I book through a different website?

Answer

To be considered an official guest of our wedding by the resort, you must book your stay using our specific booking link. This is the only way the resort can recognize you as part of our group and grant access to the wedding events. We’ve secured great discounted rates for all room types. If you don’t see the room you’re looking for on the booking site, please contact our travel agent’s office directly—they’ll be happy to help you reserve the room you want under our wedding block.

Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, due to limited guest capacity, we kindly ask that all wedding events—including the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—remain adults only. That said, if your children are old enough to stay on their own or if you're able to bring someone along to care for them during the festivities, we’d love for you to do so! Kids and any additional guests not included on the invitation are still welcome to join your travel plans and can be added to your accommodations using our group booking link and discounted rates.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone to the wedding events, but due to the resorts headcount limits, only the guests listed on the invitation are able to attend the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. That said, if you’d like to bring a partner, friend, or travel buddy along for the weekend, we’d love to have them hang out with us outside of the official events! They’re more than welcome to join in on the fun at the resort, soak up the sun, and be part of the good vibes in between. Thank you so much for understanding—we truly can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What to pack?

Answer

Pack your favorite resort wear, swimsuits, sunscreen, sandals, and something dressy for the wedding events (because we do have to get fancy for a bit). Don’t forget sunglasses, a hat, and whatever else you need to channel your inner beach bum! Dress codes and attire suggestions for each event can be found under the Itinerary tab.
