When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on 12/20/2025 at The Barn at Azalea Oaks, located at 326 Gerber Dairy Rd, Winter Haven, FL 33880. The ceremony begins at 3:30, with the reception to follow.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Please check your invitation. If a plus-one is included, their name will be listed or the envelope will say "and guest." Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:20 to ensure you’re seated before the ceremony begins. We want everyone to be part of the full experience! No guests are allowed on the venue property 30 minutes before the ceremony's start time; please arrive after 3 pm.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off your devices and be fully present with us in the moment. Our photographer will capture everything!
