Question

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttles provided to and from the venue as well as from the venue back to our hotel zone. Pick-up Holiday Inn and Express Castle Rock/Hotel Zone: Shuttles 1, 2, 3: 2:45pm THIS WILL BE THE ONLY SHUTTLE TO THE VENUE. PLEASE USE THIS SHUTTLE IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON USING OUR TRANSPORTATION FOR THE DAY. PLEASE NOTE OUR VENUE DOES NOT ALLOW FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING. From Pinecrest to Holiday Inn and Express/Hotel Zone: Shuttle 1: 9:30pm (Early drop-off) Shuttles 2-4: 10:45pm

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to capacity limitation, we are only allowing a limited amount of children; mostly those who are immediate family. Please respect our wishes and if you are unsure if they are invited either check the RSVP or contact us!

Our dress code is cocktail attire.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please take a look at the “Travel” tab on our wedding website for all of the hotels we recommend as well as currently have hotel blocks for.

When should I fly in?

Answer

If you are a part of our bridal party, we ask that you please arrive in Colorado sometime on Thursday as the rehearsal is 10am on Friday 7/21. All other guests can choose to come anytime before Saturday!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest name, or “and guest” is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes!
