FAQs

Question

What is special about Red Butte Garden?

Answer

Red Butte Garden is a non profit "living museum" devoted to the display, research, and interpretation of plants from around the world. Through our venue rental, we are handling admission fees for all of our guests, and we strongly encourage you to explore throughout the evening! It is truly a beautiful conservatory, and something we are very passionate about supporting.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our special day! The official dress code is semi-formal/formal. We will be hanging out in a beautiful garden, so we encourage lots of color and garden party styles.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Our wedding will be held in the Rose House/Garden, which has its own parking lot adjacent to the visitor center parking. Upon approaching Red Butte Garden, there will be signage directing guests where to proceed from there.

Question

Is your registry cash fund only?

Answer

Our dream is to be able to afford a home one day, and we would so greatly appreciate our loved ones helping us reach this goal! While we would still be grateful for a physical gift, we politely ask that you simply donate how ever much you would've normally spent on a gift for us. This can either be through our registry tab here on our website, or a physical donation in our dropbox on our special day. We truly appreciate any and all contributions!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate a few guests with a plus one. If you received a plus one, it will be listed with your RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as intimate as possible to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Unfortunately due to space requirements, we will only be inviting kiddos specified on your RSVP.
