Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is casual! We want everyone to be comfortable enough to get on the dance floor!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would appreciate if guests RSVP by September 10th. Anytime after that, please let one of us know so that we can get an accurate head count for catering and seating.

Absolutely! We love your kids just as much as you do!

What is the plan if Mother Nature is not cooperating?

Those who RSVP will be notified to meet us at the United Methodist Church in Martinsville.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Thirty minutes prior to start time is ideal to make sure everyone may be seated by 4:30.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, we have individuals who will be directing parking and offering golf cart rides to the ceremony area. For the reception, there is a large graveled area in front of the legion hall to park.

Is the reception at the same location as the ceremony?

Answer

No, the ceremony takes place at the family farmhouse, then the reception will follow at the American Legion Hall on Highway 13 south of Bethany!
