Braydon and Elizabeth met on December 6, 2024. Just kidding. They actually had a class together for a whole semester before speaking a word to each other. Elizabeth had a different class and had a project where she had to create a music video. She chose to do the song "Thoughts of You" by Ole 60. However, she did not have an actor for the video. So, she followed and messaged Braydon on Instagram, asking if he wanted to be the main character because she thought he had the look, and also because she thought he was cute. Braydon took two business days to respond, but soon did reply with the answer she wanted to hear. He was surprised that "the pretty girl from class" had randomly reached out to him. Although unsure, he decided to take a chance and step out of his comfort zone to be filmed for the music video. After an evening of filming scenes, there was an obvious connection between the two. Even friends had noticed. They both agreed that hanging out outside of a school project was a must and planned for a "date" the following day at a Tulsa pool hall. From that moment forward, that one week in December, they have been inseparable. Braydon asked Elizabeth to officially be his girlfriend on News Years Day, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas. Within the first two months of dating, they knew they wanted to marry each other. They were not perfect and did not have it all figured out, but they knew. The two had gone long-distance for the summer, as Braydon had to go back home to Houston. While visiting Elizabeth in Oklahoma for a week, Braydon proposed to Elizabeth under a candle-lit and rose-filled gazebo at midnight in the rain.
