Who should I contact if I have a question?

First please check all the questions and answers below! If your question is still unanswered, please contact Anita Martinson at camartinson@sbcglobal.net with any questions you may have regarding our Wedding Event.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 18, 2025, using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend and will unfortunately not have a seat.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best black tie attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid all shades of white. Check your invitation for specific colors. The ceremony will be held outside, and the reception with be indoor/outdoor.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself! For those of you that will be bringing you children, please be sure to watch them closely.

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Also, please try your best to not cancel last minute, as it creates a lot of difficulties. Thank you!

What time should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking in front of the venue. You are also welcome to get a ride there and be dropped off and picked up.

Can I take pictures during the Ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best pictures. Feel free to capture memories during the reception, but don't forget to share them with us! We will have a QR code placed at every reception table, so please capture as many photos with that code, as you can, for everyone to enjoy!

Will there be an Open Bar?

Answer

No. This wedding is a dry wedding, but please don’t let that discourage your party animal! Be prepared to dance all night long with the happy couple!
