Are our kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your kids, we hope you can take the opportunity to have a night to yourselves! We will be hosting an adult-only (& 13+) ceremony and reception.

Where & When is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be located on the same property at the Union Pavilion at Railside Golf Club: 2500 76th Street SW Byron Center, MI, United States, Michigan 49315. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior. There is enough parking to accommodate all of our guests right on site.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see you get dressed up with us! We'd love for our guests to join us in business casual to cocktail attire!

Where/How do I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP via the "RSVP" tab here on our website. Submit your name and select any other guests in your party that may be attending. Your meal choice selection should be able to be made here as well.

What if I submitted my RSVP but changed my mind?
Answer
All RSVP's must be submitted by May 9th, 2025 in order for us to keep an accurate guest count for our vendors. If you have already submitted your RSVP but would like to change your attendance status before that final date, your RSVP is editable- just ensure you make any changes before May 9th. After May 23rd, 2025 we unfortunately will not be able to provide a seat for additional guests.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Anyone with a plus one invite will have that indicated on their invitation. If that does not seem to be the case on your invite, then we are currently only extending an invite to those named.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We have both a professional photographer and videographer there to capture our day, so we politely ask that our guests refrain from taking photos or using their phones during the ceremony. During cocktail hour and the reception we will be more than happy to take photos with guests!
Question
What if I have a severe allergy?
Answer
If you or a guest has a severe food allergy, we ask that you please contact us directly via text as soon as possible, so we can alert our caterer. However, we strongly recommend bringing your own EpiPen (or other medical supplies) as a precaution. We will do everything we can to minimize risk, but we cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment.
