Please plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM to allow time for parking and seating. We will begin the ceremony promptly at 4:00 PM.
Our wedding is garden formal, but we’re adding our own touch of Western Elegance! Think garden party elegance meets country charm — cowboy hats and boots are more than welcome alongside your dressed-up look. Please no jeans or ladies in White. What to Wear: Ladies, think flowy midi or maxi dresses in soft fabrics paired with heeled sandals or boots—cowboy hats and fun accessories encouraged! Gentlemen, opt for a suit or dress pants with a button-up and jacket—add a bolo tie, boots, or hat to bring in the Western charm. Yes! Our ceremony will be held outdoors with a beautiful view of the mountains. In San Luis Obispo, the weather during this time of year typically ranges from 60–70°F during the day and cools off in the evening, so we recommend bringing a light jacket just in case!
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones, but we are having a kid-free wedding and kindly ask that only adults attend. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, there’s parking at the venue but spots are limited! We highly recommend hopping on the hotel shuttle or carpooling with friends. And if you’re planning to drink (cheers!), please take the transportation or uber so everyone gets home safely. Let’s celebrate stress-free!
Yes! You can view our hotel recommendations under the Travel section of our website. We’ve reserved room blocks at Hotel San Luis Obispo and La Quinta Inn in downtown SLO. Please go to the Travel section for more details.
Kindly RSVP by April 5, 2026 (early RSVPs are always appreciated!) If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you’re unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with the final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
