FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM to allow time for parking and seating. We will begin the ceremony promptly at 4:00 PM.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is garden formal, but we’re adding our own touch of Western chic! Think garden party elegance meets country charm — cowboy hats, boots, and a little flair are more than welcome alongside your dressed-up look. Please no jeans or Ladies in White. What to Wear: Ladies, think flowy midi or maxi dresses in soft fabrics paired with heeled sandals or boots—cowboy hats and fun accessories encouraged! Gentlemen, opt for a suit or dress pants with a button-up and jacket—add a bolo tie, boots, or hat to bring in the Western charm. Question

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will be held outdoors with a beautiful view of the mountains. In San Luis Obispo, the weather during this time of year typically ranges from 60–70°F during the day and cools off in the evening, so we recommend bringing a light jacket just in case!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we are having a kid-free wedding and kindly ask that only adults attend. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be buses providing transportation to and from the hotel and the venue. We’ll share more details on the schedule as we get closer to the big day — stay tuned!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there’s parking at the venue but spots are limited! We highly recommend hopping on the hotel shuttle or carpooling with friends. And if you’re planning to drink (cheers!), please take the transportation or uber so everyone gets home safely. Let’s celebrate stress-free!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! You can find our hotel recommendations under the Travel section of our website. We're currently working on setting up hotel blocks at a few spots, so stay tuned for updates. All the details will be posted there!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by April 5, 2026 (early RSVPs are always appreciated!) If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you’re unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with the final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
