We’re getting married, again!

Website It all started at a party in Long Beach, where Brayden grew up and where Elise was visiting for the weekend. They first engaged in a game of flip cup and by the end of the night Elise invited herself to Brayden’s boat. From there, they talked for a couple of months, face timing nightly while Brayden was in Hawaii looking for a job and Elise was finishing up college. By Valentine’s day, they both knew that it was more than just a “talking” stage and Elise made the first move (again) and asked Brayden if he’d ask her out already. From there, they lived together during Covid, right at the start of what would become the best thing to happen for the both of them. From spending every day together making memories on the boat (from that first night) during Summer 2020 to Brayden leaving for the Coast Guard in January 2021, they went through the toughest battle of their relationship, long distance. Elise visited Brayden in Miami during 2021 as much as possible, making the best out of every trip, experiencing new things each time, but also doing their favorite thing, just being in each other’s company. Goodbyes were always the hardest, so much so, they decided to elope and say yes to forever on November 29th, 2021, making goodbyes a little more bearable. Brayden then got stationed in Virginia, which meant they only had a few months until they knew they’d be done with distance forever. Fast forward to June, the two got to move to their dream city of San Diego, where they’ve been creating a beautiful life and memories with friends, family, & each other. They got their first apartment together and have been adventuring throughout the city and enjoying just the beginning of what’s to come.
