When is RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP no later than July 22nd.
Question
What if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
If you do not RSVP you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. RSVPs are also crucial to saving you a seat on our seating chart.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate those guests who are included on the RSVP.

Are kids invited?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of immediate family. Please refer to your RSVP for the names of those invited. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What is the dress code?

Please do not wear black, and ladies no white. Please see the "Attire" page for more details! Thank you!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony will be held at Kalida Saint Michael church located at 312 N Broad St. Kalida, OH 45853. The reception will be held at Liberty Oaks located at 0395 State Route 235 Ada, OH 45810.

What time should I be at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony is at 1 o'clock. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to get parked and seated. There is parking around the block and in the adjacent school parking lots.

What time should I be at the cocktail hour/reception?
Answer
The wedding party will make their entrance sometime during cocktail hour. So, we would love everyone to come for our cocktail hour which starts at 4. There will be plenty of appetizers and drinks to start the evening off! The reception officially starts at 5.

Will the reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The reception will take place primarily indoors, with an adjoining greenhouse and outdoor area to enjoy.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
There will be a open bar at the reception with licensed bartenders. Given that, we kindly ask that you DO NOT bring your own adult beverages.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There will be a large open parking lot at the reception.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?
Answer
Yes! Vehicles may be left overnight, as long as they are picked up by 9:00 AM the next day.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks for guests?
Answer
While we have rooms reserved at The Inn at Ohio Northern located at 401 W. College Ave, Ada, OH 45810, rooms are on a first come first serve basis due to limited capacity. Head to the "Travel" page to use our discount!
