Wedding night - Dress to impress! Our wedding is Formal or Black Tie optional, meaning women should wear floor length dresses or gowns and men should wear formal tuxedos or suits.

What events are happening around wedding?
Answer
A quick overview of the schedule during our time together: May 1st: Arrival day! Light appetizers and drinks will be served as everyone settles in. May 2nd: A special welcome cocktail hour and dinner to kick things off in style. May 3rd: Wedding Day! Morning: Continental breakfast and some time to relax. Evening: 4 PM cocktail hour, 5 PM dinner, followed by an open bar and dancing! May 4th: A relaxed day. Some may recover at the villa while others explore the area—it’s entirely up to you! May 5th: Departure day. Everyone will check out and head to their next adventure.

Can I arrive to the Villa on April 30th with you guys?

The villa will be ready for everyone to arrive starting the afternoon of May 1st. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate early arrivals as preparations will still be underway to ensure everything is perfect for your stay. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to welcome you with light appetizers and drinks once you arrive

Do I need to follow the Itinerary schedule?

We are so thrilled you’ll be joining us for the wedding! While we’ve shared some of our travel plans and itinerary, please know there’s absolutely no expectation for you to follow the same schedule or destinations. We completely understand that everyone’s plans and preferences are unique, and we want you to feel free to make this trip your own. Whether you decide to explore other parts of Italy or join us for certain parts of our itinerary, we’re just so excited to celebrate with you at the villa!

How do I get to the Villa?
Answer
Travel Options to the Villa: 1. Rent a Car from Florence – You can drive directly to the villa, which gives you flexibility and convenience. Be sure to check the route and parking availability in advance. 2. Take the Train to Bucin – Another great option is taking the train from Florence to Bucin. Once you arrive, someone at the villa can pick you up. Please coordinate travel times in advance to ensure a smooth pickup.
