Even though it is located just yards away from the bustling 30A main road, Cerulean Park is a tranquil escape made up of lush gardens, meandering koi ponds (with charming walking bridges over the long waterways), and even a butterfly garden. Whether biking or walking, it is too beautiful to pass up.
Out of all the great options along Airstream Row in Seaside, Braxton and I have a couple of favorites we always come back to! The Meltdown on 30A – This spot specializes in gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches made with locally sourced ingredients, and trust me, they’re incredible. If you know me, you know I can’t resist a good hot dog — but a perfectly melty grilled cheese is a close second (though my dad still makes the best ones in my book!). Wild Bill’s Beach Dogs – Wild Bill’s serves up gourmet Snake River Farm’s American Wagyu beef hot dogs on toasted New England brioche buns that are hard to beat. If you are not a hot dog fan, they also open at 8 a.m. for fresh-baked kolaches! Kolaches are a sweet bread stuffed with sausage, cheese, or jalapeño goodness. And if you’re in the mood for a snack later in the day, they offer jumbo Brauhaus soft pretzels (salted or sugared)!
30A Farmers Market is on Sundays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm!
Whenever we visit, Braxton and I always make time for margaritas at the Sand Bar — their cocktails are amazing (especially the Bloody Marys!). The location couldn’t be more perfect, whether you’re wanting to sit and relax with a drink or strolling along the beach to take in the view. Don’t miss Grumpy Hour, offered daily from 8–10 AM and Happy Hour from 3–5 PM!
Braxton and I absolutely loved our time at Bud & Alley’s! We sat at their waterfront bar on the top floor for hours, overlooking the most perfect turquoise water and white sand, with the best ocean breeze drifting through. What started as a quick lunch turned into an afternoon we never wanted to end. It’s the kind of spot that makes you slow down, take it all in, and savor every moment — just like Seaside itself.
One spot you definitely don’t want to miss is Old Florida Fish House — it’s truly one of our favorites! Braxton finally enjoys fresh raw oysters with me, but only when we come here! The food is always amazing, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is just unbeatable. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for hanging out before or after your meal, whether you’re enjoying a cocktail by the water, looking for ive entertainment, or just soaking in that laid-back Florida charm. We usually make a reservation every time we visit — it’s that good, and we never want to miss the chance to enjoy it!
Grand Boulevard has a farmers market every Saturday in the Park from 9AM – 1PM! It is open to the public at no charge.
Quit whining and start wining! Join 87 Central for a special lineup of discounted wines by the bottle or glass, served alongside their delicious menu of small bites, shared plates, and entrées. Plus, indulge in a chef-attended station offering grilled oysters with a variety of delicious toppings to choose from. Perfect for sipping, savoring, and relaxing. Chef Joyce’s is known for her paella. Orders are taken starting at 5:30 PM, and paella is ready around 7:00 PM. She learned her recipe while in Spain, which she has continued to tweak over the years to bring some panhandle flair. Her use of chorizo instead of plain sausage adds a little extra spice kick, so this dish is not for the faint of heart!
