Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are scheduled to be outside. In the case of inclement weather, everything will be moved inside, or at Elizabeth's discretion. Dinner will be inside.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

The venue has a private parking lot for all guests. No fees are required. There is a slight incline from the lot to the ceremony/reception area. Golf cart and attendant will be available for assistance.

What is the attire?

Answer

Casual Cocktail. Dress for a cool evening in the mountains. Dark, non-distressed jeans with a blazer and/or dressy top are acceptable. Cowboy hats and boots are encouraged. Additionally, please do not wear white.

Can I take my own pictures?

Answer

Yes. However, please refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We are choosing an unplugged ceremony. Photos and videos are welcome during cocktail hour, dinner, and reception.

Rules Regarding Alcohol.

Answer

The venue does not allow outside alcohol to be brought in. This does include the parking lot area. If guests are found with alcohol that is not served by the bartender, then they can choose to remove alcohol from the entire event or cancel the event entirely. No cash bar drinks are on us! Bring cash for tips for bigger sips!
