IMPORTANT - Minimum Night Stay & Booking

The Beach Palace requires a 4-night minimum stay for all guests. Please keep this in mind while booking your trip Booking must be completed via Sandy. Please do not book using any other source. *If you book using an outside source the resort does not recognize you as a wedding guest and will not prepare for you at our functions.

Room Rate Explanation

Answer

Rates provided by the hotel are not per person, they are per room with the maximum occupancy of 2 adults. Therefore, a group with 2 adults and 2 children will pay the same as a group with just 2 adults. If you would like to add a 3rd or 4th adult, you would need to add the $192 additional adult fee per night.

IMPORTANT - Can I stay at a different resort?

Answer

Unfortunately, the resort does not allow outside guest to attend onsite guest functions. So, in order to attend any wedding functions you will have to be a guest of the Beach Palace Resort.

IMPORTANT - Deposit and Payment

Answer

A deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Payments can then be made at your convivence as long as the full amount is paid at least 45 days before your stay. Payments can be made here - https://www.valorvacations.com/authorization

Hotel/Airport Transportation

Answer

We have transportation to and from the airport covered for you. Sandy will communicate this with you once you provide her your flight information.

All Inclusive - Children stay FREE

Answer

This means all of your food and drinks (including alcohol) are included in your stay. Children under the age of 17 stay free with a paying adult - however they must be registered as a guest as well. Taxes are not included and must be paid with booking.

Our Itinerary

Adam, Carol and the kids will be staying from January 31 - February 6. The Wedding will be held on Sunday, February 4th. We know not everyone's schedule will allow for the same amount of travel time, so please pick the dates that work best for you.

What should I pack

Answer

Beach wear, sandals, and sunglasses. I would suggest bringing multiple swimsuits/trunks as the humidity makes it difficult for those items to dry quickly. Don't forget the reef safe sunscreen. The resort will provide beach towels and life jackets if needed.
