Holiday Inn Express & Suites Delafield by IHG

Guests are welcome to use the “View” link below to reserve a room within our wedding block. If you prefer to book by phone, please provide the group code BJW when speaking with the hotel. Once the wedding block is filled, please contact the hotel for further assistance; and if the hotel reaches full capacity, guests will need to arrange accommodations at an alternate location. Per Holiday Inn Express & Suites policy, the group block is available until June 16, 2026. After this date, guests should check the hotel’s website for available rooms or call the hotel for assistance. Shuttle Service Complimentary shuttle service will be provided exclusively for guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Shuttles will begin departing the hotel at 3:45 PM, ahead of the ceremony starting promptly at 4:30 PM. A return shuttle will operate on a continuous three-hour loop from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM to bring guests back to the hotel following the reception. If the Holiday Inn Express & Suites is fully booked, the following nearby hotels are available: 1. AmericInn by Wyndham Delafield 2. Milwaukee Marriott West 3. The Ingleside Hotel Please note that shuttle transportation will not be provided to or from alternate hotels.
