We’re getting married!

It was Tyler's first day at Dutch Bros. Mariah went to Dutch Bros. Almost everyday to get a rebel before work. She ordered her rebel at the left drive through at the Surprise stand and Tyler was working the window. She pulled up and Tyler said with a big smile on his face, “Didn’t you go to Willow?” And sparked a minimal conversation. Mariah also added a comment to go and visit her at work but he didn’t until later on.

Our first kiss was special. Tyler took Mariah out and about for her 21st birthday. He got her lunch and took her to a park that meant a lot to him. The park was the park his Papa used to take him too as a kid. They were under the gazebo, talking about the type of relationship they wanted and how special it was going to be. Tyler held Mariah's hands by her side and pulled her in a little closer, and their first kiss happened.

Their proposal happened in Makaha, Hawaii. Mariah took Tyler to meet her family in Hawaii for his 22nd birthday. At their family BBQ that Sunday they landed, Uncle Courtney and Cousin Shawntel took Tyler away to find the perfect proposal spot. The perfect spot was at Uncle Courtney and Aunty Andrea's condo in Makaha. The condo had a beautiful private beach and Tyler knew this was the spot. That day Tyler and Mariah stayed busy until about sunset. Then, Tyler recommended that the family go and show Mariah the condo. Mariah and her cousin Kiana went to the beach and played in the sand. Tyler met Mariah on the beach and told her how much he loved her and wanted to spend the rest of his life with her, and down on one knee he went. Mariah said YES! and they enjoyed the rest of their week in Hawaii happily engaged!
