Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be shuttles provided to and from The Fairfield Inn, The Holiday Inn and Arrowwood Resort. Departure from hotels: Fairfield Inn - 3:45 Holiday Inn - 3:45 Arrowwood - 3:50 and 4:10 Shuttles will depart from the venue every hour from 9:15-12:!5.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Gathered Oaks and cars can be kept overnight until 9am on Saturday.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are very sorry, but we are keeping our special day as an adult-only occasion.

Yes, cocktail attire.
