Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors on the golf course (weather permitting), while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the course on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats.

What is the dress code?

We’d love for our guests to join us in cocktail/semi-formal attire. Please no denim!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your kiddos, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements! We hope you can still join us for the evening.

What's the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle service for guests staying in Bowling Green. Ahead of the ceremony, the shuttle will pick up guests at the Best Western hotel. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to their destination of choice in Bowling Green.

Can I take photos/videos?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present for our ceremony and leave the photos and videos to our talented vendors! We kindly ask that you join us for an unplugged ceremony and tuck your phones/cameras away until after the ceremony!

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

In an effort to keep our celebration as intimate as possible, we kindly ask that you do not bring a guest unless specified on your invitation.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! We have designated golf carts to bring guests who may have difficulty walking up/down hills and stairs. Any member of the Stone Ridge staff, bridal party, and family can support in getting you where you need to be!
