When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 20th, otherwise you will be marked as “not attending”.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before.

Will all events be inside?

Answer

While Haley and Kyle are hoping for snow on their wedding day, rest assured all events will be inside!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP on the website. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for your entire party.

Are kids welcome?

We love your kiddos, but this will be an adults-only occasion. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, Ivy House offers free on-site parking. Cars can stay overnight and be picked up in the morning if needed.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

A shuttle service will be provided to bring guests from the Best Western Plaza Hotel Saugatuck to Ivy House for the ceremony and back to the hotel after the reception. If you are staying elsewhere, you will be responsible for getting to the Venue for the ceremony at 5pm. However, the shuttle will be available to take additional guests to local Airbnbs or Bed & Breakfasts after the reception.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What’s the best way to let you know?

Answer

There will be a place to indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP online. We will have gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free options available for our guests. Please reach out to the bride or groom directly if you have any questions or concerns.

What time will the shuttle pick me up?

Answer

Old Harbor Shuttles will start taking guests to the ceremony at 4:20 pm from the Best Western Hotel.
