Our journey began in early 2024 when Adam received a comment on a “Never Have I Ever” post. Something about it felt different, and he just knew this one was special — we were on the same page from the start. Parris felt it too; she rushed home to tell her roommates, “I’m never going on another first date again.” Turns out, that one little swipe turned into the start of our forever. From the very beginning, we’ve worked to build a relationship grounded in communication, trust, and—most importantly—a love that reflects Jesus’ love for us. His grace continues to cover us, even through life’s challenges, and His example reminds us daily of the kind of love we want to share with each other. We truly believe that God placed us in each other’s lives for a purpose. He heard every prayer and carefully created us to be the partner the other needed. Without His patience and strength guiding us through countless hours of long-distance drives, this journey would have been so much harder. After many road trips, weekend visits, and late-night calls, Adam spent months planning the perfect proposal—one filled with intention, love, and thoughtfulness. He picked out the ring, asked Parris’s parents for their blessing, booked a photographer, and even made sure her dress was steamed for the big moment. All of that planning led to the sweetest “yes” during a family beach trip in the summer of 2025. Wedding planning is now in full swing, and we could not be more excited to celebrate our special day with each of you. Your love, prayers, and support mean the world to us.
