Looking to try something new Mackenzie join the Illinois State Club Cross Country team her junior year of college where Logan ran and was president. At the first team get together in Logan's apartment, Mackenzie ate some cookie dough ice cream out of his freezer and the rest was history. Ever sense, they've been living off of ice cream together.

After replacing a tire, backpacking 5 miles uphill and an addition two miles, Mackenzie and Logan had made it to their first fire lookout viewing Mount Rainer. When looking for a photoshoot, Logan offered to set up the shot which really was a video. Logan yelled go and Mackenzie started freaking out that they had 10 seconds to set up before the picture took. When she looked over, Logan was walking over with a ring box and we were engaged. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you at Camp Elsewhere!
