Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend our reception. We hope you will understand our decision and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!

Will there be any COVID restrictions?

Answer

We are currently working with Christ Episcopal Church to outline any COVID precautions that we will need to implemented for our ceremony. We will likely be required to socially distance at the church and guests may be required to wear mask for this portion of the evening. As at-risk individuals will be vaccinated, we defer to each individual of whether or not they choose to wear a mask at our reception. For those who are not vaccinated prior to May 8, we kindly ask that you take precautions in the week leading up to the wedding and get tested if possible. We will be sure to communicate any changes of requirements in advance, but are planning for a normal and beautiful day of celebrating!

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our ceremony and reception is black tie.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available at Christ Church Episcopal for the ceremony and valet parking will be provided at the Plantation Clubhouse for the reception. Ubers are available in the area, but we recommend scheduling a pickup in advance as wait times are longer than in larger cities.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the reception?

Answer

To ensure all guests can enjoy dancing and libations until the end of the evening, we will be providing a shuttle back to the Sawgrass Marriott, the Hilton Garden Inn Sawgrass, The Lodge, and The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club after the reception concludes at 11:30pm. As the shuttle service will not be provided to the reception, we recommend carpooling or scheduling an Uber after the ceremony. Guests are welcome to leave their cars safely overnight at the Plantation Clubhouse if they choose to take the shuttle transportation.
