Please note that Greensboro is not a rideshare-friendly community. While services such as Uber and Lyft may be available at times, driver availability is limited and wait times can be unpredictable, particularly in the evenings and on weekends. Complimentary transportation on the wedding day will be provided only for guests staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Tru by Hilton, and Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Transportation will not be provided for the Welcome Party or for guests staying elsewhere, including private residences, vacation rentals, or those commuting. We strongly recommend planning transportation in advance by scheduling rides ahead of time, arranging a rental car, or pre-booking local transportation services to ensure smooth travel throughout the weekend. For those flying, the nearest airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Upon arrival, expect a two-hour drive to Greensboro.

For guests choosing to stay in an Airbnb or vacation rental, we recommend looking within Harbor Club or nearby Reynolds Lake Oconee communities. These communities are the most convenient options, within the Lake Oconee area, relative to our location. Additional great options include rentals in and around Greensboro, which provides easy access to local dining, shops, and the lake. We recommend booking early, as availability can be limited during peak seasons at Lake Oconee. Please note that transportation will be provided on the wedding day only for guests staying within the three recommended hotels mentioned above. Guests staying in Airbnbs or vacation rentals should plan to arrange their own transportation.
