I met Sami freshman year of college, and from that very first season of life together, she has somehow managed to remain one of my truest constants. People moved in and out of our world, life shifted in unexpected ways, and everything around us seemed to change – yet our friendship only grew stronger. She has walked with me through every high, low, and in between, never once wavering. Somehow, while being an incredible friend, she also went on to be valedictorian of her class (my smartest friend), became a chiropractor and a Pilates instructor – proving that she can really do it all. Even miles apart, our bond never missed a beat. She is the type of person who makes the simplest moments feel special – whether that’s a cozy sleepover, a deep late-night talk, or a laughing so hard you can’t breathe kind of moment. Her heart is pure gold, and her ability to bring light and joy into my life is unmatched. To have her standing beside me as my matron of honor is not just a choice, it’s a reflection of how deeply she is woven into my story. Life simply wouldn’t be the same without her in it – and I wouldn’t have this day any other way.

Rachel Ramsey

Rachel and I met in 2019, while working together as nurses. What started as just another shift together quickly turned into a friendship that has been unbreakable ever since. There’s something special about meeting someone in the chaos of the hospital and realizing that, somehow, they make it all easier just by being there. Over the years, Rachel has become one of my best friends. She cares so deeply for the people she loves, especially her two beautiful children. Watching her step into motherhood, has been one of the most incredible things. She is patient, fierce, loving, and truly the best mom and somehow shows the same kind of love to me. We hang out every week, and no matter what we’re doing – running errands, grabbing coffee, going for walks, or just sitting and talking – those moments together always end up being my favorite. Life feels a little lighter, more fun and a lot more meaningful with Rachel in it. Rachel has been my constant, my safe place and my biggest supporter. I’m so lucky to have her in my life, and I am beyond grateful that she is standing by my side as my bridesmaid.

Marisa and I have technically known each other since middle school, but it wasn’t until nursing school that we really found our way to each other. Somewhere between late-night study sessions, clinicals, breakdowns and nonstop laughter, she became one of my most favorite people. Through all the stress and chaos, Marisa never fails to remind me of my best qualities, even when I forget them myself. She has a way of lifting me up, grounding me, and making every hard moment feel manageable just by being there. She has been my support system through some of the toughest, and most defining moments of my life, and somehow she makes even the hardest days feel lighter. From our random shopping trips and surprise monthly dinner dates, to adventures in Tahoe and Arizona, every moment with her feels effortless and full of joy. She’s been my constant through some of the most challenging chapters of my life, and I am so grateful that nursing school didn’t just give me a career – it gave me a lifelong best friend. I truly can’t imagine my life without Marisa in it and I can’t wait to have her stand by my side as a bridesmaid during our special day.

Sky has been dating my little brother DJ for almost 6 years, and in that time she’s become so much more than just his girlfriend – she’s become one of the my best friends and the sister I never had. She truly was the missing piece to our family. She is the calm during the storm, always down for a good time, and my biggest hype woman in everything I do. She has been around for the good, the bad, and the ugly. I’m so grateful for the steady, genuine presence she brings into my life and our family. From creating art projects together, to spending our weekends at the ski resorts and always dancing the night away, Sky is one of my favorite people to do life with. She truly can get along with anyone and her heart is just as big as her smile. Most of all, seeing the way she loves and supports my brother means the world to me. Having her stand by my side as a bridesmaid is one of the greatest joys of this entire journey and I couldn’t imagine my life without Sky.

I’ve been friends with Isanne since middle school, and she’s been there for so many of the big moments in my life – including the very first time I met Colton. Over the years, we’ve both gone through our own journeys and seasons of change, but no matter what, our friendship has always remained steady. From our wild college party days to the countless memories we’ve made growing up together, she’s someone who has seen every version of me and has loved me through all of it. She is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met – someone who leads with compassion, loyalty, and a heart that never wavers. I’m so grateful to have her by my side on this special day, and to continue to experience the journey of life together.

I met Brookie back in 2011 through our shared passion for cheerleading, and she quickly became one of my true cheer besties. Not long after, I became the nanny for her and her siblings, which brought us even closer, and made her feel like a little sister to me. From the very beginning, I always said that one day she should be standing beside me as a bridesmaid – and now that moment is finally here. Brookie has always been a bright light in my life. Her infectious laugh, gorgeous smile, and genuine sweetness can lift any room she walks into. I’m so grateful to have watched her grow over the years into the beautiful, hard-working girl she is today. I am even more grateful to have her by my side on such a special day.
