The caterers will provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and other options at the buffet to accommodate all dietary restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking available at the venue. You are also able to leave your car over night and choose to take the shuttle.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided from the Cazenovia and Verona hotels to the venue. 2:45 pm Departure from Cazenovia hotel 3:30 pm Arrival at Verona Hotel 3:45 pm Departure from Verona Hotel 4:00 pm Arrival at Hayloft on the Arch 10:00 pm The shuttle will depart from the venue to drop off all guests, the first stop will be the hotel in Verona, then the Turning Stone Casino and finally the Cazenovia hotel.

Formal: Suits, gowns, and cocktail dresses. Vibrant colors are encouraged!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will be inside the barn. In case of rain, we will have the ceremony indoors.
