Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
Please join us in celebrating with a semi-casual or wedding casual dress code. We want you all to be comfortable, so just wear your best relaxed yet elegant attire! Examples include, men might wear dress slacks with a button-up shirt, and women might choose a sundress or a nice blouse with pants or a skirt. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to either of us.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We are considering having the ceremony outside under a covered patio, while the reception will be inside the heated barn. If it is chilly then we will have patio heaters going to keep the area as warm as possible.

What should I expect after the ceremony?
Answer
The wedding party and immediate family members will be taking pictures for about an hour. There will be drinks and snacks provided inside the venue during this time. Dinner should be served around 6 pm with dancing to follow.

Will there be alcohol provided?
Answer
Yes, there will be a cash bar from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Information on available items to come. Please note that per our venue's policy, no outside alcohol is allowed on the grounds besides what is provided by our vendor. Violators will be told to leave, while Jordan and I will be fined per occurrence, so we ask our guests to be respectful and only drink what is provided by the vendor.

How long is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony should last about 30 minutes.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Answer
Smoking and vaping are only allowed in specifically marked spots. Please discard your used buds in the provided receptacle.

Overnight parking and/or transportation
Answer
Overnight parking is allowed for any guest. All vehicles must be picked up before 9:30 AM the following day. All ride-sharing applications work at our venue, Whippoorwill Hill.

What is the menu?
Answer
There will be a catered buffet style dinner of roast beef, baked chicken with rice, cheesy potatoes, green beans, broccoli rice casserole, salad, and rolls. There will be unsweetened tea and lemonade provided with the meal. Water will be provided throughout the entire event.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Yes! We would love you to share your photos and videos with us. However, we do ask that none be taken during the ceremony itself. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures and videos using either our wedding hashtag #BrantToBe24 or by tagging us, so we can see them, too!”

Our wedding colors are olive green, dark green, silver, light peach, dusty pink, dark red, and burgundy.
