Is there a hotel room block discount?

Answer

Yes. We are providing room blocks for two hotels close by Park Winters. The hotels are Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and Hotel Winters. Please visit the "Travel" tab here on our website to book.

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at Park Winters located at 27850 Co Rd 26, Winters, CA 95694.

How should I get there?

Answer

We will be providing complimentary shuttles from your hotels for drop-off to the ceremony and later in the evening to return. If taking a personal vehicle, the venue has available on-site parking at no charge.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress to impress! This event is cocktail attire. Women: spring/summer garden theme. Men: dark or light suits welcome. Friendly reminder that the wedding will take place outdoors and it will be hot :)

Can I bring my kids?

We kindly request you to check your RSVP details. Unless specified in your RSVP, we unfortunately cannot accommodate children. Thank you for your understanding.

I have dietary restrictions / allergies. What should I do?

Answer

We will be providing a variety of food options to accommodate different dietary needs. If you have specific restrictions or allergies, please let us know through your RSVP asap.

What time does the event end?

Answer

The reception will conclude at 11pm. We will be providing complimentary shuttle rides back to your hotels. Guests are allowed to leave their vehicle parked on premises overnight if needed :)
