Frequently Asked Questions
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

*We decided to send out our invitations well in advance, in order to give out of state guests enough time to prepare, should they decide to attend. Your RSVP is not due until the noted date on the invitation.* Please RSVP for both the Welcome Party & The Wedding by March 1st, 2026 . If we do not recieve a response from you by 3/1/26, we will assume you are not able to make it. We cannot accomodate any RSVPs later than this date, as we have deadlines for headcounts with most of our vendors. Thank you!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered right here, through Zola. You can find our full registry under the "registry" tab at the top of this webpage. Although your presence is more than enough, we deeply appreciate any gifts given to us.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no later than 2:45 pm. Our cermony will begin promptly at 3 pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Wedding dress code: Black Tie Optional Welcome Party dress code: Garden or Cocktail attire is requested, however this is a more casual event.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are not able to accomodate any extra guests. Unless you recieved a formal "plus one" invite from us, please do not bring extra guests. Thank you.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children who were invited to our wedding will be noted on the formal invitation. Unless you recieved an invite for your child/children specifically, please do not bring them. If your children were invited, and they plan to attend, please make sure to RSVP for them as well when you are completing your RSVP. We will have activities for the kiddos, so we will need an accurate headcount!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

All hotel recommendations are noted under the "travel" tab. You can also consider Airbnb. There are many hotels and other accomodations in the area, and if you are looking for a more "happening" area to stay, please consider staying in downtown Chattanooga (about 25 minutes from our venue). If you would like to book a larger Airbnb, and stay with a group of people attending, we recommend checking out IKONICK Properties on Airbnb (see listings here https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/457516504). They have many large houses for rent in prime locations within Chattanooga!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

*Transportation is still to be determined. We will update this section once we decide on this.* For now — Uber and Lyft are available in this area. You can also rent a car through any car rental company, we suggest checking out Turo for affordable car rentals.

Question

I am traveling from out of state, what airport should I fly into?

Answer

The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport is the closest airport to our venue. It is about a 15 minute drive from the airport to our venue.
