The ceremony portion will be at the AnnaLynn Gardens which is located on the outside of The Charles. The reception will be inside of The Charles in the East Room.
Yes! There is plenty of complementary parking at the venue. The ceremony and reception will take place at the same location, so you can park in the parking lot for the duration of the evening.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is semi-formal to formal attire. Dress to impress! Please no jeans/shorts, casual clothes or white. Bridesmaids will be wearing Gold! *Indiana weather is funny and can range from 60s to lower 40s in November. The ceremony portion will be outdoors with a slight walk; Ladies please take this into account when choosing your heels and have a light jacket perhaps.
We can't wait to celebrate with you and host you for dinner. Unfortunately, we have chosen a cash bar, so please bring cash or a credit card. Dinner's on us. Alcoholic drinks are on you.
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, we do have a registry tab and there will be a gift table for your convenience.
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We are going to do our best to start on time! If all of our guests could arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins, we would greatly appreciate it!
Luckily, we are doing the ceremony & reception at the same location so no need to travel in between! We encourage guests to plan their own transportation to and from the venue. Please feel free to carpool or use rideshare options such as Uber/lyft.
We want our ceremony to be an unplugged session. We kindly ask that you live in the moment, relax and be part of the experience. We will have a professional photographer capturing all of the special moments! Feel free to take photos during the reception. :)
You can sit anywhere your heart desires during our ceremony, as we will all be family! For the reception, there will be a seating chart with names listed and corresponding table numbers.
We have worked with an amazing caterer who took the time to learn authentic Puerto Rican food as well as some French cuisine for the theme! We will have appetizers followed by a buffet style meal at the Reception. We will also have an assorted dessert table as we will only have a personal wedding cake for the Newlyweds.
