How far is the airport from hotels and venues?

Answer

The Atlanta airport is about 45-60 minutes from the hotel and venue depending on traffic. We suggest arriving at least one day early if you are traveling from out of state. Welcome to Atlanta! :)

How long is the room block for hotels?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at both listed hotels from Thursday, November 19, 2026 through Sunday, November 22, 2026. Guests are welcome to check in on any day that best fits their schedule.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Genesis Ballroom 105 Horizon Dr. Suwanee, Ga 30024 Both ceremony and reception will take place at the same location.

Is there parking onsite?

The venue offers plenty of free parking for all guest.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to wear formal attire such as evening gowns, cocktail dresses, or suits and ties.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be adults-only unless otherwise noted on your invitation. We hope you'll enjoy this as an opportunity to relax, unwind, and celebrate a special evening with us.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors will open at 4:00 PM for guest seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. To ensure an uninterrupted ceremony, guest who arrive after the processional has begun will not be permitted to enter until the ceremony has concluded. If you arrive late We will welcome you at cocktail hour. Please be mindful of Atlanta traffic and allow extra time for arrival. We encourage all Guest to arrive early so you can be comfortably seated before the ceremony begins.

Ceremony: 4:30-5:00 PM Cocktail Hour: 5:00-6:00 PM Dinner: 6:00-7:00 PM Dancing: 7:00-9:30 PM Grand Exit: 9:30

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We Kindly ask that all guest RSVP as soon as they receive their invitation. To RSVP online, please click the “RSVP” tab and enter your first and last name exactly as listed on your invitation. You are also welcome to RSVP by phone. Please submit your RSVP no later than Sunday. October 25th. If we do not receive your response by this date we will make you as “Not Attending” as we must provide our final headcount to the venue and caterer. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate late RSVP’s. We will miss celebrating with anyone who is unable to attend, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Are pictures permitted during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be silenced and put away. We would like our guest to be fully present in the moment with us. We have hired the best photographer to capture our day and guest. Photos and videos are allowed at the cocktail hour and reception. Feel free to post on socials and send!!
