The Charles Davis Mansion in Shelbyville, IN. Both will be in the backyard, but you are free to take a look inside the mansion. Be careful of the antiques. The mansion is 127 years old.
Dressy casual. The bride will be wearing black, so feel free to wear black or fall colors. Keep in mind that the ceremony and reception will be outside, so dress warm if it's a cold fall day.

Las Tortugas is our caterer, they are an authentic Mexican food truck. Steak tacos, chicken tacos, quesadillas, chips, salsa, queso, and guacamole. We will have fajita veggies for vegetarians as well. You will get to put your favorite toppings on your food. Just let us know if you have food restrictions that we need to accommodate.
Ceremony starts at 4pm. Make sure to give yourself time for parking and getting to a seat. Prelude music starts at 3:30pm.
Keep in mind that the mansion was built in 1898 and it has many antiques inside. Babies and toddlers are welcome if you choose to bring them, but keep older children who are active and that cannot be supervised at home to avoid damage to the house and antiques.

Please do not smoke anything on the mansion property. If you choose to smoke, it needs to be on the sidewalk out in front of the mansion and you must clean up after yourself. Keep in mind that the bride has POTS, she can become very ill when around cigarette smoke or other types of smoke.
