Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel blocks where transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Please note there are many other weddings happening the same weekend so hotels are booking up FAST! There are many additional hotels in the Leesburg area such as- Home2 Suites by Hilton Leesburg Best Western Leesburg Hotel & Conference Center The Leesburg Colonial Inn Hotel Burg You might also want to look into Air B and B's in the Leesburg/Purcellville area for larger groups.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all kids- we respectfully request no children at the reception- unless in the Bridal party!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Shadow Creek. There will also be shuttles available from the hotels

Will there be transportation provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes- the venue is about 20 minutes from the hotels! We will have shuttles picking up from two hotel locations and dropping off at the end of the night! Check back for specific details soon!

What is the closest airport?

Answer

Dulles International Airport (IAD) is about 25 minutes from the hotels. Reagan National Airport (DCA) is about 50 minutes from the hotels.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suit and tie for men. Just remember the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors so please dress accordingly.
