Yes, the wedding venue has a large free parking lot for our guests attending the wedding.

Formal wedding attire. Colorful outfits are encouraged and welcomed!

While this is not an adults only reception, we are extending children invitations only to our immediate nieces and nephews.

Can I RSVP online?

Answer

Yes, please RSVP and select your entree for dinner. You can do this by going to the RSVP tab on this website and search for your name. You will be able to RSVP for your entire group.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! All wedding events will be located at The Oaks. The ceremony will be outside depending on weather.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors dependent on weather. Cocktail hour and reception will be inside with the option to enjoy the outdoors. The fire pits will run at night making for comfortable seating outside.

Do you have reserved rooms blocked at any hotels?

Answer

We do not have room blocks at hotels. Please refer to the hotels tab on the wedding website for a list of the closest hotels near the wedding venue.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

In Castle Rock, CO in May, the weather is milder (mid-60's - low 70's) with the chance of rain. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater if you'd like to sit outdoors.

Will you have an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar with select beer and wine from 5:00pm - 9:00pm. Spirits are not included in the open bar, however, you can purchase other liquor and cocktails with cash or credit card.

Do I need to select my entree at dinner prior to the wedding?

Yes, when you RSVP, you must select your entree.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm, please arrive between 4:00-4:15pm.

The wedding reception will end at 11:00pm.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! We would love for you to help capture our special day. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures during ceremony to avoid having phones in our wedding photos captured by our photographer.
