We met in high school and fell in love back when our biggest responsibilities were homework, group projects, and pretending we knew what we were doing. We became high school sweethearts and started a love story that was equal parts sweet, fun, and probably a little dramatic, because, well, we were teenagers. And apparently 16 year old Brandy was onto something, because she used to say "were going to get married one day..." and now here we are. In 2018, we went our separate ways. But as it turns out, some stories are just too good to stay finished. After a few years apart, a lot of growing up, and enough life experience to appreciate what we had, we reconnected in 2022. This time around, everything just clicked. We weren’t just picking up an old chapter. We were starting a whole new one, stronger, deeper, and with much better communication than our high school selves could have ever imagined. Now, after all the twists, turns, and unexpected rerouting, we’re so grateful our story led us right back to each other. Because sometimes your person is your person, even if it takes a little time, a breakup, and a four year intermission to figure it out.
