Weekend Camping

We ask that campers be set up no later than 11:00 am on June 11th, 2022. Reach out to Drew for any questions. Camping is available from 4:00 pm on Friday June 10th, 2022 until Monday June 13th at 11:00 am. If you haven't done so already, please contact Drew for coordination.
Rehearsal Dinner
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

There will be a wedding rehearsal starting at 6:30 on Friday June 10th. Guests who will be camping Friday night we will be having a large BBQ style dinner, please bring your own meat. Drew will be running the grill.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle will be leaving the Berezan Liquor Store in Rutland, 101-115 Roxby Rd, Kelowna, BC V1X 8A4, at 1:30 pm. It is a 48 passenger yellow school bus, wont miss it. Please do not arrive late as the driver will not know everyone taking the shuttle. We will have a Shuttle return trip sign-up sheet to pass around on the way up for return rides. Shuttle departure times at (if needed) 3:45 pm 6:45 pm 9:00 pm Midnight One late night (to be determined)

Polaroid Guest Book
3:30 pm - 4:45 pm
We will have a Polaroid Guest Book to remember our magical day filled with all our special people. While we are off getting photos we ask all guests to snap a photo of them at our photo station, sign, and tape into our guest book. There will be 2 stations set up. Please help one another if needed! This is very very very important to the bride.
